Created a brand reinforcing Hospitality Philosophy that was operational and team focused. Created hospitality focused hiring processes which included hiring guides, interview guides and manager training on how to identify potential staff. Created training materials for all front facing positions including steps of service, frequently asked questions, and product knowledge.

Acted as opening hospitality task force and trained opening team of 50 employees and ran pressure testing for the crew. This included manager training.
