Moderna saw immense growth and moved to a new World Headquarters building in 2024. The Moderna Executive Team wanted an on brand, unified way to welcome both guests but more importantly their fellow team members.

We built a custom hospitality model for Moderna which included sensitivities to security, intellectual property, population flow and volume for front facing employees such as concierge, welcome desk, café, mail room and tech service teams. This included alignment on welcome language, wayfinding language, information about the sustainable building and how to ease the days and solve common problems for Moderna staff.
